Food: Italian Salad, not!

Honestly, i contemplate in naming this my Italian Salad, because of its red white & green color, like in their flag, but i think it will confused some, so let me just call it. The red, white & green salad, compose of watermelon, kiwi and cheese.

Food: Watermelon love Lettuce Salad

Dear readers by now, you must have knew, that on my boring days, i play around in my kitchen. So on another boring day, this is what i came up with. An easy watermelon love lettuce recipe, and yes the ingredients is obvious,  but aside that, i throw in some cheese, and sprinkle some balsamic vinegar.

That's it, My meal is ready.

Cheesy Watermelon

So i am in this phase of loving the kitchen, browsing for beautifully looking food all over the internet. And i tell you, there's a lot of them, but i am looking for something number one, easy i mean super easy, cause in reality i cannot stand the heat of my kitchen, number two, it should be  healthy. So here comes salad, the easiest, since you just need to toss them all in a plate. then that's it, finish product, lovely isn't?

But, i decided to be a little creative and made "my cheesy watermelon" a little pretty. Lets bring out some beautiful glass and layer watermelon and some cheese (i used feta). Now, i much prefer eating them like this, pretty, easy, healthy and yummy desert for me and for my love.
